"The average household uses 1000 plastic bags each year"

When you buy Steward Bags you:

  • reduce the number of plastic bags in landfills
  • keep your produce free of toxins
  • make a conscious effort to be a steward of the Earth

" On average we use plastic bags for approximately 12 - 20 minutes before disposing"
" There is harsh economics behind bag recycling. It costs $4000 to process and recycle 1 ton of plastic bags, which can be sold on the commodities market for 32 dollars "

-Jared Blumenfeld, Director of San Francisco Department of the Envrionment
